I have a thing for strawberry milkshakes.
On my quest to make a healthy version, I concocted this pink powerhouse. It satisfied my sweet tooth but gave me good energy.

Strawberry Milkshake Smoothie
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup. frozen strawberries
- 1 & 1/8 c. unsweetened almond milk (or do 1 cup almond milk and a splash of coconut water)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Perfect Fit Protein)
- 1 packet Truvia
- 1 Tsp. vanilla extract
Blend on high speed until creamy and smooth. Top with one sliced strawberry.
Stick a straw in it!
