Wolfpacks Organics

I love vegan protein powders - they have a delicious texture (in my opinion) and create baked goods much better than whey powders. What if the powder also had superfoods blended into it? You know I'm already a huge fan of acai, goji berries, hemp seeds and flax seeds, among others, so I was very excited to try Wolfpacks Organics superfood smoothie packs.

Superfood Berry Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Wolfpacks Organics Lone Wolf pack
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 Tbs. almond milk
  • 1 tsp. maca powder
  • 1 tsp. ghee
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 2 Tbs. dried mulberries
  • 2 Tbs. freeze dried raspberries
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tbs. peanut butter (or any nut butter)

Directions

Mix together Lone Wolf pack with banana, egg whites, almond milk and maca powder (can blend for best texture.) Heat up ghee in pan over medium heat. Add batter. Cook over medium to low heat until small bubbles form on surface. Flip pancake (use finesse!) and cook another couple minutes. Remove to plate and add peanut butter, berries, sprinkle of chia seeds.

Pumpkin Protein Power Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Wolfpacks Organics Alpha Female pack
  • 140g pumpkin puree
  • 1 small 2% milk cottage cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
  • 3 drops stevia (or can use 2 softened, pitted dates for sweetness)
  • 1 cup water (can use milk or nondairy milk as well)

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Eat with a spoon if thick!

Pumpkin Pie Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Wolfpacks Organics Lone Wolf pack
  • 130g pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1 Tbs. garbanzo bean flour (can use almond flour or oat flour too)
  • Splash almond milk (about 1 Tbs.)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1.5 Tbs. Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tsp. ghee
  • 1 date, torn into pieces

Mix Wolfpack with egg whites, flour, pumpkin puree, milk and pumpkin pie spice until smooth. Heat pan over medium heat and melt ghee. Pour in batter, lower heat to 3-4 and let cook until small bubbles form. Flip pancake. Cook another 2-3 minutes. Remove to plate and top with chocolate chips and date pieces.

Pumpkin Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Wolfpacks Organics Coyote pack
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 90g banana frozen and sliced
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 dates, pitted and soaked in water, then drained
  • 1/2 tbs. cacao nibs
  • 1 Tbs. Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp. hemp seeds
  • 0.5oz Go Raw Choco Crunch cookies

Blend Wolfpacks, pumpkin, banana, almond milk and dates until smooth. Pour into 2 bowls and top with cacao nibs, chocolate chips, hemp seeds and choco crunch.
