Strawberries & Cream Protein Pancakes
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder
- 1/2 banana (70-80g)
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- Splash almond milk
- 1 Elli Quark Strawberry yogurt
- 6 sliced strawberries
- Coconut oil spray
Blend or mix first 4 ingredients. Heat pan over medium heat and spray with coconut spray. Add batter and spread into thin layer. Cook until edges firm. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes over low to medium heat.
Remove to plate and top with strawberries and dollops of yogurt.
