Brussels & Marinara Bowl
A super quick dinner, ready in 10 minutes.
- 4 oz ground turkey or lean beef (or use tempeh)
- 1/2 cup marinara
- 85g sliced Brussels sprouts
- 1 cup spinach
- Optional: crunchy garbanzo beans, Parmesan or nutritional yeast
Add 1/4 water to pan and bring to simmer, add sprouts and cook until tender. Remove and drain. Add turkey or beef to pan and cook until no longer pink. Add 1/2 marinara, spinach and cooked Brussels and stir to heat through. Place in a bowl and top with optional toppings.
