Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
I love chocolate and I love cookies. These little oatmeal chocolate treats satisfy my cookie cravings while helping me achieve my goals of feeling amazing and looking my best.
They only require 5 ingredients and take just minutes to make!
- 1 cup oats (not quick cook)
- 120g banana
- 28g Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Pre-heat oven to 350F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend 1/2 cup oats in food processor until a flour forms. Add in baking powder and pulse once. Add banana and blend until fully mixed. Remove blade. Stir in by hand - remaining 1/2 cup oats, chia seeds and chocolate chips.
Form tablespoons of dough and press into round discs on parchment paper. Make 8 total.
Bake for 8 minutes. Remove and let cool. Eat immediately. Store in fridge or freezer.
Makes 8 cookies.
