Crunchy Breakfast Bowl
Savory breakfasts are my jam! Combining protein, veggies and complex, fibrous carbs will make you feel amazing and give you long-lasting energy all morning. When you're in a calorie deficit, it's even more important that all your food is nutrient-dense.
Experiment to find the toppings you like best. Here are mine, spicy and crunchy!
- 1 cup egg whites
- 2 cups raw spinach
- 8-10 Mary's Gone Crackers
- 1/4 avocado sliced
- 1 pack Eat Enlightened Crisps
- 10 jalapeno slices
Cook egg whites and spinach in a pan. Add to bowl. Top with sliced avocado, jalapenos, crackers and crisps. Top with hot sauce for extra kick!
