Monster Green Smoothie
Bounce back from vacation, a weekend of overeating or feeling off, with this green smoothie - packed with greens, plant-based protein and healthy omega-3 fats to keep your blood sugar balanced.
- 3 cups raw kale
- 1 cup raw spinach
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 tsp. hemp seeds
- 1 Tbs. ground flax seed
- 1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp. maca powder (optional)
- 1 tsp. powbab powder (optional)
- 1 tsp. omega-3 fish oil (optional)
Blend all ingredients at high speed in blender. Pour into two glass jars. Makes 2 servings.
