Blueberry Acai Collagen Smoothie
This smoothie is loaded with nutrients - superfoods acai and blueberry, cauliflower rice, collagen protein and coconut water make this is a great pre-workout smoothie. It will hydrate you, fuel you with carbohydrates and protein and make you feel ahhhh-mazing. A dollop of cashew butter adds to the decadence because blueberries and cashew just go together like soooooo good.
If you can't find purple cauliflower, you can use regular cauliflower which you won't even taste thanks to the sweetness from the acai pack, date and stevia drops.
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup riced purple cauliflower
- 1 Sambazon Performance Protein Pack
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
- 1/2 scoop Sunwarrior Vanilla Warrior Blend Protein Powder
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 date, pitted
- Cinnamon, dash
- 1-3 stevia drops
- 1 Tbs. cashew butter
Blend all ingredients except cashew butter. Pour smoothie into a glass and top with a few blueberries and cashew butter.
