Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 dates, soaked in water and pitted
  • 1/4 nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon)
  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 1/4 whole oats

Add all ingredients to blender and blend! Drink immediately.
