How Christen Got Herself & Her Family Healthy
Christen reached out to us because she had GOALS.
She wanted to set a good example for her kids. She wanted to lose 20-25lbs and regain her energy. She wanted to feel better about herself.
She told the truth to herself: in the past she’d been a strong starter but would fizzle out as time went on. Circumstances or holidays or something would get in the way. But not this time.
Before our program, she had tried low-carb and Atkins diets but it wasn’t sustainable long-term. She and her family (hubby and 2 young kids) enjoy traveling and eating out on the weekends. Christen is super fun-loving and so is her family!
No way she wanted to give up her fun social times to get results.
And she didn’t have to.
By walking 10k steps a day or more, finding healthy swaps for her favorite meals, taking a free meal every week to enjoy eating out with her family, and cutting out added sugar, she lost over 20lbs easily and effortlessly without giving up her social life with her family.
In addition, her husband has lost 38lbs so far! And he wasn’t even a client of ours! That’s the power of making a positive change for yourself - everyone in your life will benefit too. We call it “the partner effect”.
